Chocolate Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 oz. (4 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 8 or 9-inch round cake pans.
    Line bottom of pans with waxed paper.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and baking powder; blend well. Set aside.
    In large bowl, combine remaining cake ingredients; add dry ingredients.
    Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at highest speed.
    Pour batter into prepared pans.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
    Cool completely.
