Tea Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add next 4 ingredients.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Roll in tiny balls; press thumb in center and fill with preserves, cherries, jam, jelly, nuts or chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
