Iced Banana Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. banana flavoring (can be omitted)
2 mashed ripe bananas
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar, egg and flavoring and bananas.
Beat well.
Sift and add dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Makes 40 soft cookies.
