Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, tart, peeled apples
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix all together until just blended and turn into greased and lightly floured pan (14 x 8 x 2-inch).
Bake about 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Can be baked in loaf pan for 50 minutes.
Pour over the sauce while hot.
