Roast Beef With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. roast
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    1 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt over beef; put in a bag or tinfoil.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together for sauce and sprinkle over roast.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
