Mississippi Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. dried navy beans
    6 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large stalks celery, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 small garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Rinse; sort beans.
    Place beans in saucepan, covered, and let stand overnight.
    Boil and cook for about 2 hours.
    Drain well and chill.
