Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, divided
    1/2 c. butter, melted and divided
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until soft; in large bowl, beat potatoes with mixer until smooth.
    Beat in eggs, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of butter, salt and cinnamon.
    Beat in orange juice slowly to make mixture fluffy.
    Put mixture into 2 to 3-quart souffle dish and smooth top.
    Arrange pecans over top; sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar over pecans.
    Drizzle remaining 1/4 cup butter over sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until top is bubbly.
