Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box powdered sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    2 bottles maraschino cherries, drained
    1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 cake paraffin
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; stir in milk a little at a time. Blend in vanilla and salt.
    Mixture may be slightly dry.
    Coat each cherry with mixture.
    Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of a double boiler.
    Dip cherries in chocolate, then place on wax paper.
    Make a few days before serving so cherries will be moist inside.
