Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. fryer
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    Morton Nature's Seasons blend
Preparation
    Cut up chicken.
    Dredge chicken in a mixture of salt, pepper, Nature's Seasons blend and flour.
    In another bowl, beat egg and milk together.
    Dip chicken in this, then roll again in flour mixture.
    Fry over medium heat in deep oil until golden brown.
