Pumpkin Pies (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. cream
2 1/8 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. pumpkin

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie crusts. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
