Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. basil leaves
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lard
2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

In a large bowl, sift together the flour and onion salt; mix in basil.
Cut in butter and lard until it resembles coarse meal. Gradually add enough water to hold dough together, mixing lightly with a fork.
Roll out on lightly floured board.
Line 9-inch pie plate with dough.
