Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    graham cracker pie crust
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese until smooth and blend with eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake in a moderately hot oven at 370\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove pie from oven; cool 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, combine sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Carefully spread over filling.
    Return pie to very hot oven at 425\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes.
    Cool pie, then let sit overnight before serving.
