Zucchini Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, peeled and diced or sliced thin
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Bring
    zucchini,
    apple
    juice, lemon juice, spices and margarine to
    a
    boil; boil for 3 minutes.\tAdd cornstarch and water, stirring
    constantly.
    Cook\t1 minute more; remove from heat.
    Place
    in
    uncooked\tpie shell; add top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
