Tasty Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheddar cold pack smoky cheese food
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. finely chopped dried beef
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese, Cheddar cold pack and butter together until blended.
    Add the chopped onion, green pepper (if desired), Worcestershire sauce and chopped dried beef.
    Mix well; refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Shape into one ball or two and roll in chopped pecans.
    Wrap in Handi-Wrap, then foil.
    Chill. May be made several days ahead of serving.
    Good with crackers.
