Ingredients

2 c. flour (plain)
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. jam
1/4 c. butter
1/2 box raisins
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten separately (whites from yolks)
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix
cocoa, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cream in butter; add beaten egg yolks, milk, flour and soda.
Add nuts, jam and raisins that have been soaked in hot water and finally fold in beaten egg whites.\tPour in a greased and floured tube pan and bake
for
1 hour or until tester comes out clean when inserted. Bake at 350\u00b0.
