"Hot Jezebel" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apricot-pineapple preserves
    1/4 c. horseradish, drained
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    8 oz. brick cream cheese
    crackers
Preparation
    Mix preserves and seasonings together.
    Can store for months in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.
    To serve, slice cream cheese into thick slices and place in attractive bowl (slightly separated or fanned).
    Pour over the cheese about 1/2 cup of the mix.
    Serve with crackers and a \"spreader\" knife.
    (Cream cheese is too thick to use crackers as a scoop.)
