Chipa Guazu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh corn
    1/2 c. onion
    3/4 c. mild cheese
    1 c. sour milk
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind corn, onion and cheese together in meat grinder.
    In a large bowl, cream shortening.
    Add eggs and salt, then corn mixture and milk.
    Bake in greased square baking dish at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool slightly before cutting.
