Pecan Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mix sugar and syrup; boil 5 minutes.
Add nuts and boil 5 minutes.
Add soda and stir well.
Pour in buttered pan.
Cut in squares.
