Blueberry Oat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. uncooked rolled oats
    1/4 c. brown sugar substitute or brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. egg substitute or 1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add milk, egg and oil.
    Stir until moist.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
