Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices rye bread
1/2 c. Russian dressing
1/2 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
3/4 c. drained sauerkraut
mustard
butter
Preparation

Spread Russian dressing on six slices of rye bread.
Divide corned beef evenly among slices, then the Swiss cheese.
Top each with about 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut.
Spread remaining bread slices with mustard, if desired, and put this slice, mustard side down, on sandwiches.
Lightly butter both sides of sandwiches and grill slowly on each side until browned and cheese is melted. Serve with dill pickles.
