Sausage, Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
8 oz. can mushrooms, sliced
2 large onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo
6 oz. box wild and white rice
3 1/2 c. cooked chicken meat, diced
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook sausage; drain.
Saute onions and mushrooms in 2 tablespoon of butter or oleo.
Cook rice according to package directions.
