No-Bake Oaties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 c. quick-cool rolled oats
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    shredded coconut
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Add brown sugar, orange juice and orange rind.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
    Fold in oats and walnuts.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in shredded coconut.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
    Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
