Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. minced jalapeno peppers
    8 to 10 flour tortillas (about 7-inch)
    salsa and picante sauce
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and spread on one side of tortilla; roll up tightly. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Slice into 1-inch pieces. Serve with salsa or picante sauce. Yields about 5 dozen.
