"Salami" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground lean beef
    4 Tbsp. curing salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. peppercorns
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Knead all together.
    Cover and place in refrigerator.
    Knead each day for 5 minutes.
    Cover and replace in refrigerator.
    On 4th day, knead and form in 5 rolls.
    Bake 9 hours at 160\u00b0.
    Bake in broiler pan so excess grease drops off.
    Cool on paper towel.
