Cheesy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion to taste
    chopped green pepper to taste
    1 can (16 oz.) green beans
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar
    2 cans (10 count) refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onions and green pepper.
    Drain and discard fat.
    Add green beans and tomato sauce; cook until warm.
    In a greased 10-inch glass pie plate, pat enough biscuits together to form a bottom crust.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until slightly brown.
    Remove from oven and spoon ground beef mixture over crust.
    Arrange shredded cheese over beef mixture.
    Cut remaining biscuits in halves or quarters and roll in small balls. Arrange on top of cheese.
    Return to 350\u00b0 oven and bake until biscuits are golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
