Johnny Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. soda
1 c. molasses
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/2 c. corn meal

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour in greased pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
