See-Kum-Chee Kook(Korean Spinach Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. beef, cut into thin slices, 1-inch square
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste (Koreans like a lot!)
    7 c. hot water
    6 c. washed spinach, chopped (approximately 1 lb.)
Preparation
    Mix beef, onions, garlic, sesame seed, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Saute in bottom of heavy pan with a little oil until meat is seared.
    Add water; cook until meat is tender.
    Add spinach and cook until tender.
    Serves 6.
