Fireman'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 Tbsp. soft butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. apples, peeled and diced

Preparation

Place all ingredients in bowl.
Mix until crumbly.
Press in 2 greased 8-inch pie tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
