Blonde Brownies Or Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Blend the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
