Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
scant 1/2 c. olive oil
scant 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. drained capers, dried between paper towels
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley (no stems)
2 tsp. finely chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. drained sweet pickle relish
Preparation

Measure all ingredients into blender jar (or a deep cup if using a hand held blender).
Blend on medium speed until mixture reaches desired consistency (30 to 40 seconds).
If using hand held blender, start with blades on the bottom of the cup and pull up through the mixture slowly with blender on medium speed.
