Snow Tunnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines Deluxe angel food cake mix
    1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix (Jell-O)
Preparation
    Bake cake as directed. Slice 1-inch layer off the top.
    Gently hollow out a trench in the cake, 1 1/2-inches deep.
    Tear cake pieces from trench into small pieces.
    Combine milk and pudding mix. Fold cake pieces and 1 3/4 cups topping into pudding mix. Fill trench with mixture.
    Replace top of cake. Spread remaining topping over sides and top. Chill until set.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
    Keep stored in refrigerator.
