Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. water
    ham bone and bacon pieces
    4 potatoes, diced
    4 carrots, diced
    1 onion, cut
    1 pkg. frozen soup mix
    1 pkg. okra and tomatoes
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 large can tomatoes, cut
    salt
    pepper
    bacon grease
Preparation
    Bring ham and bacon to a boil; add potatoes, carrots and onions.
    Cook approximately 20 minutes.
    Add the rest of ingredients, cook until done.
    Season to taste.
    This is better the next day.
