Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    4 c. chopped onions
    4 c. chopped celery
    4 to 6 finely chopped jalapeno peppers (2 to 3 inches long)
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; simmer for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally. Pour into 6 quart jars and seal, then process in pressure canner at 5 pounds for 10 minutes.
