Sandwich Spread To Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. green peppers
    1 doz. red sweet peppers
    2 big onions
    3 c. sugar
    1 pt. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Wash; pour hot water over peppers and squeeze.
    Make a paste of sugar, mustard, flour and salt.
    Add peppers and onions; boil 10 minutes.
    Stir in mayonnaise; bring to boil.
    Can and seal like canning any vegetables.
    Be sure it seals; will keep for months.
    Serve alone or with meat or sliced cheese.
