Ingredients

6 oz. apricot Jell-O
2/3 C. sugar
2/3 C. water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 junior size jar apricot baby food with tapioca
1 large can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 lrg. can evaporated milk
1 C. nut meats, optional
Preparation

Bring Jell-O, sugar and water to boil, then add cream cheese, apricot baby food
and crushed pineapple; not drained.
Set aside and let cool.
