Microwave Peanut Butter Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/3 sticks margarine
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. peanut butter
    12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart bowl or casserole, microwave margarine at High for 1 to 2 minutes, until melted.
    Add crumbs, sugar and peanut butter; mix well.
    Chill until firm.
    Shape into eggs and refrigerate.
    Microwave chocolate chips in covered casserole at Medium for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes, until completely melted.
    Using toothpicks, dip eggs into melted chocolate to coat.
    Chill eggs on cookie sheet until firm.
