Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice
4 slices bacon
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
1 medium carrot, shredded
salt to taste
dash of pepper
dash of m.s.g.
soy sauce
1 egg, beaten
Preparation
-
Cook rice (preferably the day before and keep in fridge overnight; otherwise, allow cooked rice to cool).
Finely slice bacon and chop onion and green pepper. Set aside.
