Lo-Cal Ambrosia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
 
1 can water
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple in natural juice
3 grated, peeled apples
1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
about 2 tsp. sugar or to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Mix well; cover and refrigerate.
