Fluffy Orange Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
 
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
grated rind of 1 orange
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
Preparation
- 
                            Combine crumbs and butter.
 
Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch pie plate, or use a ready made pie crust.
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in milk.
Add juice concentrate and orange rind; mix well.
Fold in whipped topping; pour into crust. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy.
