Yam And Cranberry Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. Quick Quaker oats, uncooked
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 (40 oz.) can yams, drained or fresh cooked
    2 c. cranberries (fresh)
    1 1/2 c. marshmallows (miniature)
Preparation
    Combine flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon.
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Toss 1 cup crumb mix with yams and cranberries.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and broil until brown.
