Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add sugar and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add buttermilk, coconut and vanilla.
    Pour in unbaked pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
