Corned Beef Balls In Celery Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1 slice bread, cubed
1 egg, beaten
1 large raw potato, peeled and grated or chopped fine
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. hot water
medium-wide noodles
Preparation

Flake corned beef with fork.
Add bread, onion, egg and potato.
Mix and shape into 12 balls.
Brown on all sides in hot margarine in frying pan.
Place in casserole dish.
Add hot water to celery soup and mix.
Pour over balls.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
(Can be prepared day before, adding soup when ready to cook.)
Serve over medium-wide noodles.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
