Sweet And Sour Pork(Serves 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 4 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
6 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. cider vinegar
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
4 Tbsp. sherry
1 green pepper, cut into strips
2 or 3 carrots, cut lengthwise
Preparation

Place pork, water, soy sauce and garlic in pot; bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer about 50 minutes, until pork is tender. Discard garlic.
Drain broth and reserve.
