Angelloni Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. melted Crisco
    7 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. lemon extract
    3 1/2 c. flour
    confectioners sugar icing
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients thoroughly.
    Dough will be sticky. Let dough set for about 1/2 hour.
    Place on greased cookie sheet in small balls.
    (Be sure there are no cracks in the balls).
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Do not overcook; will be very light. When completely cooled, frost.
