Pecan Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream margarine, vanilla, sugar, salt, flour and pecans. Shape in 1-inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
