Caviar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. chopped green onion
    5 chopped hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. sour cream
    2 small jars black caviar
Preparation
    Prepare an 8-inch spring-form pan by covering bottom with aluminum foil and lining sides with plastic wrap.
    Spread 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese on bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle with onions.
    Combine eggs and mayonnaise and spread gently over onions.
    Combine 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with sour cream. Spread gently over egg mixture.
    Cover with plastic and chill overnight.
    To serve, release spring-form and place pie on the foil covered spring-form bottom onto serving dish.
    Just before serving, spread black caviar over cream cheese/sour cream layer. Serve with crackers.
