Fried Sugar Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dough for 1 fried pie or 1 canned biscuit, rolled out
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 large pat margarine
Preparation
    Place brown sugar and margarine in center of dough; crimp edges together.
    Fry in deep fat until brown.
    (Any thick preserves can be used in these pies, also.)
    These are good for children's snacks or on coffee break.
