Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 c. finely chopped raw apples
1 c. black walnuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar, then add eggs and mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add to cream mixture, then add chopped raw apples and chopped black walnuts.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan or 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven or until cake tests done.
