Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. fine, fresh bread crumbs (2 slices)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce (Tabasco sauce)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
    lettuce and tomato slices
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients; blend the next 3 ingredients. Stir into tuna mixture.
    Form into 4 patties.
    Fry in lightly greased skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes or until browned. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomato slices.
    Makes 4.
