Puffit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, separated
    1 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 pt. sifted flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add sugar and melted butter.
    Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk, then egg white, beaten stiff. Put in greased pan; bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
